Are you ready for the best job of the summer? Newfield is hiring Certified Lifeguards for the upcoming season! We are looking for team players who are serious about safety but also want to enjoy a great work environment.
What You’ll Do:

Keep our swimmers safe by scanning your zone and staying alert.

Responded quickly to emergencies in and out of the water.

Help set up the pool deck and maintain a clean environment.

Maintain Locker Rooms.
What We Need From You:
- Lifeguards must be 16 years or older to apply

Valid Lifeguard Certification is required prior to start date. Start date is 5/22/26

Must hold current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications.

Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.

A positive attitude and ability to communicate clearly with members/guests.

Availability to work weekends, and holidays through Labor Day Weekend.
